On Friday, August 12, EXPADD (Experts d’Afrique pour le Développement Durable) organized a training on the valorization of agricultural residues. About twenty participants from different structures including companies (LANEMA, SIVIM-TROPIC, PALMAFRIQUE…) and associations / cooperatives (AIENR, Terre de victoires, AZITCHE, SCA2B…) took part in this highly strategic training.

Dr. KOUHON, gender expert for the World Bank and Dr. GBOSSOU, coordinator of EXPADD offered participants practical techniques and tools that are essential to decision-making for the valorization of agricultural residues.

A lunch offered by EXPADD at the end of the training allowed the participants to exchange in a good atmosphere.

An important player in the circular economy, EXPADD will soon launch an agricultural residue exchange to connect producers of agricultural / agri-food residues with companies that require them for valorization.
