Dakar, Sept 24 (APS) – On Wednesday, the Municipal Development Agency (ADM), in partnership with the Climate Change, Ecological Transition and Green Financing Department, validated the Harmonized Guide to the Development of Territorial Climate Plans, a strategic tool designed to help Senegalese local authorities combat the effects of global warming.

This guide, which aims to provide local players with a coherent methodology adapted to the Senegalese context for drawing up local climate plans, is our communities’ roadmap to more sustainable, resilient development that respects our environment,” said ADM Secretary General Baye Oumy Guèye.
