The Belém climate conference (November 2025, Brazil) will address, among other things, revised national climate plans, adaptation strategies and the development of a roadmap to mobilize $1,300 billion in climate financing. The Brazilian presidency is highly motivated, despite the virulent anti-climate policy pursued by the United States. To enlighten us, we were once again able to call on our colleague Ulrik Lenaerts, number two on the Belgian climate delegation.
