The African Development Bank (AfDB) officially launched on Thursday in Abidjan a two-year project on “Governance of Natural Resource Outflows for Enhanced Economic Resilience in Fragile and Transitional Countries in Africa” (GONAT). This project will be implemented in Central African Republic, Chad, Democratic Republic of Congo, Mozambique, Sierra Leone and Zimbabwe.
