Despite the terrible effects of climate change on the African continent (droughts, floods, climate change, loss of biodiversity, rising sea levels, population migrations…) the global response of governments remains weak.
Higher and technical education should urgently provide a response adapted to the reality of climate change, in close synergy with governments and other major players (businesses, territories, CSOs…)
