The Sustainable Energy Fund for Africa (Sefa) receives a $64 million pledge to support renewable energy deployment in Africa. The funds will be provided by the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (Norad) and the Global Alliance for Energy and the Planet (GEAPP).
