On the occasion of its World Engineering Day for Sustainable Development 2025, UNESCO has reserved a session dedicated to the impact and conditions necessary for scientific development in Africa, to highlight strategies for developing local capacities and fostering sustainable development through engineering innovation and international cooperation, in alignment with the International Decade of Science for Sustainable Development (IDSSD).
