Reduce food waste to prevent food insecurity. This is the motto of a virtual campaign launched jointly by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP). The initiative, which mobilizes producers and consumers around the world, will contribute to improving food systems and protecting the climate.<\/p>\n
