The agreement adopted at the end of the COP26<\/span> in Glasgow is largely insufficient to limit the global rise in temperatures to 1.5 \u00b0 C. Funding requests from poor countries that will suffer the most have been dismissed while promises to phase out fossil fuels have been weakened.<\/p>\n
