Here are some of the issues at stake: <\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Climate justice: addressing the profound injustice that the poorest countries, responsible for less than 5% of historical emissions, suffer the most serious consequences of global warming.<\/li>\n<li>Revision of National Climate Contributions (NDCs): countries must submit new reduction commitments by 2030.
