EXPADD has just launched an extensive program to strengthen its partnerships with vocational training institutions in Africa. Over the coming weeks, the aim is to help build human resources capacity in West Africa, beyond C\u00f4te d’Ivoire. Several vocational training institutions are involved in this program, which will get underway in the summer of 2025. The concept of sustainable development remains the core subject promoted by the EXPADD platform. Emphasis is placed on the circular economy, the green economy, CSR and sustainability in the management of mining companies. <\/p>\n
